Service Agreement

By booking our photography services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include photography sessions, photo editing, and digital delivery of final images.

Booking and Payment

A deposit is required to secure your booking date. Full payment is due before or on the day of the photography session. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Image Delivery

Edited images will be delivered within 2-4 weeks of the session via digital download. Raw, unedited images are not provided as part of our standard service.

Usage Rights

Clients receive full personal usage rights to their images. Lumina Photo Hub retains the right to use images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control that may affect the photography session.

Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. We will work with clients to find alternative dates.
